If I could give them less than one star I would. After wasting over 30 minutes of our time and taking time away from our day pass we walked down the corridor just a little bit and found a rental car that was going to give us the freedom to go and come as we please and not have to rely on waiting on this incompetent company. They were rude and they made us wait and after other people arrived they continue to make us wait to fill up a van at $10 person and in some cases told other people 12 and $15 per person. They were rude and disrespectful they did not respect our time or value our business. We heard other families complaining that they tried to pack them in like sardines at $10 a head. Very uncomfortable from what we heard at the resort. I would not recommend or use this company. Walk down pass them on the left there is a rental car company you can speak with them they are courteous friendly and overall the same price. This driver was so disrespectful.

Average experience during normal hours like 8am to 10pm. The taxi comes close to you but not right at your spot like people are used to on Uber/Lyft which is okay but they should clarify. It’s very overpriced and I had one driver that was such a jerk. I wouldn’t rely on this being 24/7 at all. I called at 1am and nobody answered until the next morning I was super lucky a bartender at the bar I was at offered to drop me off at my hotel or I would have been stranded or had to walk 45 minutes home alone.

Pre booked a transfer from my hotel to airport the day before travel. No one showed up. I called and what's app texted multiple times with no response. I was stuck outside my hotel (office had closed for the day) trying to find an alternative ride. I absolutely do NOT recommend 24/7. D & K taxi showed up within 5 mins of calling.

Stopped in Curaçao on our cruise and wanted to go to a remote beach. Using this app was amazing! Works very similar to Uber in the states. Be aware that when you order a taxi, they will call you via WhatsApp to confirm pickup details.
Not cheap but definitely reliable, with newer vehicles, friendly drivers and an easy app.

WARNING/BEWARE. Easy to use app, but unreliable service. Canceled on us 20 mins before despite confirming our trip(s) the day before. Now we are stranded...Look elsewhere. This company is amateur hour and needs to get its act together.
