UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW In response to the review I previously left, I feel it is equally important to publicly acknowledge the exceptional way in which the management team at H&B Ace Hardware Barbados handled the matter. The team went above and beyond to communicate with me and assure me that the incident had been thoroughly reviewed, including through camera footage, and that the appropriate measures were taken. I was especially impressed by the level of detail, professionalism, and care with which everything was documented and addressed to help ensure that a similar situation does not happen again. Mr. Pinto personally called me on several occasions to provide updates and reassure me that the matter was being handled properly and professionally. I found this incredibly refreshing, and I genuinely felt heard, valued, and appreciated as a customer. I also want to make something very clear: my intention in leaving the original review was never to negatively affect anyone’s livelihood. My purpose was simply to bring attention and correction to a situation that had left me feeling very uncomfortable. I believe that when concerns are raised, what truly defines an establishment is how management responds—and in this case, the response was outstanding. I am now completely satisfied with the way the matter was handled, and I can confidently say that the management team at H&B Ace Hardware Barbados deserves a full five-star rating for their professionalism, accountability, communication, and genuine commitment to their customers. Phenomenal job, Mr. Pinto, and to the entire management team. Thank you very much for taking my concerns seriously and for handling everything with such care and professionalism. This was truly five-star service.

The professionalism was evident from the moment Joshua - Warrens location answered my phone call. I inquired about a particular brand of water filter, and Joshua demonstrated excellent product knowledge while also taking the initiative to verify the information by physically checking the store rather than relying solely on the computer system. He politely asked if I could hold and clearly explained the reason for the delay. Throughout the interaction, he remained personable, concise, and professional in his communication, even while handling interruptions from others around him. Employees like Joshua provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for customers. I hope management recognizes and rewards team members who consistently demonstrate this level of professionalism and dedication. Thank you, and kudos to Joshua for a job well done.

Great parking space.. store well laid out..items are reasonable however.. sometimes service waiting time can be a bit slow. Otherwise its all fine

H&B Hardware meets most of my needs as a gardener and an Airbnb manager. Things frequently break or need replacing, and this is my first stop, whether in Warrens or Holetown, which is closer to the residence. One thing that stands out is their customer service, which I would describe as incomparable to any other on the island. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. One cashier, in particular, comes to mind as exceptional, and I will update this once I have her name (Hazel Best). Whoever is in charge of HR is clearly skilled, as the team is not only competent but also remarkably GOOD-LOOKING. Perhaps only TMR Sales and Services rivals them in this regard. The only downside is their popularity, which often results in long lines—but I am more than willing to wait.

Excellent customer service and great customer support and advice Pleasant staff response…if Ace H and B hardware doesn’t have it——it’s not in Barbados 🤣🤣great competitive prices and delivery service.knowledgeable staff Only downside to this particular location,to actually get to it …you have to navigate the most stupidest and dangerous roundabout in the country .(with a heart of steel and steady calm nerves
