I give Advantage Car Rentals Inc. A one star review only because I can't leave a 0 star review. I had family visiting for 3 days and we needed an SUV to travel, so we had reserved well in advance to ensure that we would have the proper vehicle. Unfortunately upon arrival we discovered that not only was our reservation lost but they were also unable to accommodate us in any way. Do not rent from them because they are untrustworthy.

(I rented from Grantley Adams Airport Location) I rented through Expedia but when I got there, the representative could tell that Expedia put the wrong name on the reservation. He immediately helped me into the reserved vehicle by typing up a new reservation under my name for the same price, same vehicle, & my expedia insurance was accepted. I got into a very nice car for an amazing price with great customer service! I highly recommend Advantage Car Rentals!
Not sure why Expedia did this but I've noticed travel websites putting their own contact info onto the reservation rather than my own.
Overall I highly recommend Advantage Car rentals and I'm going to rent from them again if I need too. They have the best prices & they even come pick the car up from your house/hotel/wherever you're staying for free!

Worst experiance and almost ruined our family holiday. Went to pick up our rental car from Advantage only to find out that they had over booked their fleet and there were no cars of any kind for us. They also just ignored me as I was in tears trying to figure out what to do next. They gave no assistance in trying to fix the situation. Absolutely horrible. They deserve 0 stars as they dont actually provide the service that you sign up for.
Also, please note that Advatage Car Rentals has been responding to peoples reviews trying to make it sound like they are reviewing the wrong company. There is no mistake, my review is of Advantage Car Rental in Barbados, specifically picking up from Grantley Adam's Airport.

Awful experience. Despite pre-booking, my reservation was lost and they did not have a suitable car for me to rent. Was travelling with family and we needed an SUV for our luggage. Could not provide a business card or adequate contact for customer service. Do not rent from here.
