Tea and biscuits… what more can I say. This place is truly unique. I arrived, was directed straight to a parking space, and welcomed into reception. I waited no more than two minutes before being seen. Excellent service from Mr Clarke, his assistant, and the team. They even offered me refreshments while I waited — a first for me. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit, which is another first.

FYI, you cannot put any healing abutment on a Nobel implant after you break the crown. It doesn’t fit tightly and over time bacteria grows and then you have serious infection. I would not recommend for implants. They do not have modern equipment to make a diagnosis and are very inexperienced. I have had so many problems after seeing them.

I booked an appointment here because I was told that Dr Clarke was (allegedly) the only dentist on the island who could perform my implant. Upon arrival, I found myself at what looked like a private residence—which it later turned out to be. I entered a filthy gym where a man and a woman were sitting and paying little attention to me. I genuinely thought I had the wrong address and asked whether this was a dental clinic. They confirmed that it was (the gym was their reception area) and then began whispering in my presence: “She parked here!”—as if parking in the facility’s own parking area were a serious offence. Apparently, I was expected to deduce on my own, without any prior instructions, that I should have parked in a vacant lot approximately 300 metres away. Why were parking instructions not provided when the appointment was confirmed? After moving my car, I was taken to the waiting area. To get there, I had to walk through a dental technician’s workspace, where patients’ dentures and impressions were openly on display. A technician then took an X-ray of my teeth. After that, I waited. Forty-five minutes after the X-ray—and one full hour past my scheduled appointment time—there was still no update or explanation. After an hour of waiting, I stood up and left. Someone ran after me saying that Dr Clarke was ready to see me immediately. I declined, explaining that I value my time and money. Needless to say, I received no explanation or apology whatsoever. I had been quoted approximately $4,000 for an implant, yet the staff clearly expected me to accept rudeness, disorganisation, and complete disrespect in exchange for that fee.

I always had very soft teeth as a child and had many, many, many dental visits for fillings and extractions. Added to that, an accident caused me to lose my 4 front teeth and the age of 11 and I had to be fitted with a denture. I visited Dr. Clarke and he restored my mouth with bridges and crowns and now, at the age of 62, have a smile out of this world. He was patient and kind, explained everything in detail and it took one week from preparation to fixture. Marica his assistant is an absolute gem and I cannot thank the two of them enough. The respect and high level of customer service at Aesthetic Dental cannot be matched. The staff are amazing! I It was worth every cent that I spent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aesthetic Dental and Dr. Clarke to anyone. It will be worth it!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️♥️

Anyone who knows me know that exceptional customer service is at the top of my list when choosing where to do business. Price is important, but above all, I value being treated with respect. Many people associate dental visits with hefty expenses - and sometimes that’s true, depending on the treatment. My 8 year old son and I recently switched dentists and I couldn’t be more satisfied! General Dentist Dr. Harvey and Dental Hygienist Jemma Richardson (Aesthetic Dental of Barbados) are not only thorough but also incredibly patient-friendly. In my opinion, they’re absolutely fantastic! They're supported by a fantastic staff who are equally kind and welcoming. Scheduling follow-ups was effortless. They truly accommodate your schedule, which is extremelyyyyyy important to me! I’m so glad we made the switch! #BrighterHealthierSmiles
