Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Barbados. The oxtail was incredible literally falling off the bone and melting in your mouth with so much flavor in every bite. Perfectly seasoned, rich, tender, and cooked to perfection. You can tell everything is made with care and authentic flavor. The owner is also such a wonderful lady super welcoming and genuinely passionate about the food and customer experience. Being from Canada myself, it was amazing connecting with another Canadian here in Barbados. Great portions, amazing atmosphere, and excellent service all around. If you’re in Barbados, Afrobeats by Shaz is definitely a must-visit...

So glad we stumbled upon this place! The owner, Shaz, is such a gem—so warm and welcoming! Makes you feel at home. I saw oxtails on the menu so we had to pop in. Ended up coming back another day for karaoke night and had too much fun! The food is 🔥🔥 Met the chef—native Jamaican with cooking skills to prove it. We had the oxtails, curry goat and jerk chicken. I wanted extra kick for the oxtails and Chef did not disappoint. Will definitely be back.

Great vibes, amazing oxtail and jerk, even better owner! Shaz has the most welcoming and genuine nature about her that makes you feel like you known her for years. I've been managing restaurants for years and the experience she provides is the stuff of legends.

Me and my partner found this beautiful place on our last day in Barbados. We wished we had found it sooner because the food by chef Blake was the best we tasted on the island, so flavourful, you can taste the passion he puts into his cooking. We had the oxtail and it was perfectly seasoned and so so tender.
Shaz and Camilah made our visit so much fun and it was truly a delight to meet them. Get yourself down here for some delicious food and a great time, everyone is made to feel so welcome.
Close to Worthing Beach so very easy to pop there and back for lunch which is what we did.
10/10 would highly recommend!!

Sunshine Soap Bakery 🥯 up in there repeatedly yess! Nice karaoke 🎤 and too meet and socialize love it there. The owner Shaz she is my good friend and very welcoming. Also how I got connected there was a young man who introduced me to the spot and he managed the place as well so u will most definitely be welcome he brings a lot of people there as well! Come check them out much love!
