Good food!

The pizza is among the best, if not the best, on the island and gets 5 stars.
However the pasta is a disasta: this is supposed to be an Amatriciana, but they used spaghetti. Never use spaghetti in an Amatriciana, it should be bucatini (known locally as macaroni) or a big rigatoni. Both types are widely available in Barbados. Further more the pasta was overcooked. Turning to the sauce, it lacked a hot pepper kick which is the signature taste of Amatriciana.
5/5 for pizza, 1/5 for pasta.

5 stars because of the women who greeted me as I picked up my order. Even if the pizzas were awful, which they weren't, the ease and beauty of Caribbean women and their effervescence is always a thing to behold.
