Had a great 4 night girls trip!!! Beach and pool were exceptional. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Doing everything to make sure you felt right at home. KAREEN WILLIAMSON in the dinner buffet made the most delicious grilled chicken.she was such a joy to come see each night. She made sure your food was cooked just right and was filled with love! Macardo at the pool bar was so friendly and fun. He made the best drinks and kept us laughing while making them. “Crazy legs” Was pure joy!!! His smile and laugh were infectious. He definitely knew how to get the crowd going and was so good at his job!!! Well done to the staff here

Our stay at Bahia Principe was amazing. We loved the Indian restaurant “Thali”. The ambiance ….service ….food … actually everything at this restaurant was outstanding. Chef Uzair is fabulous. He personally ensures that we are served well and enjoy our experience at the restaurant. Sashane our server is so friendly and warm….always wearing a smile. Overall we had an amazing experience at this restaurant … a memory we will always carry with us. Thank you Chef Uzair and Sashane for this beautiful experience🙏🙏

Shevardo and Ramoy provided exceptional service during our stay at Bahia Principe! Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making us feel welcome.
A special thank you to Ramoy, who went above and beyond while serving us during our beachside dining experience as we celebrated a birthday. His warm personality, genuine kindness, and outstanding service made the celebration even more memorable.
Shevardo also consistently delivered excellent service with a smile, making every interaction enjoyable. Their dedication and positive attitudes truly enhanced our vacation. Employees like Shevardo and Ramoy are a wonderful reflection of Bahia Principe, and they are a big reason guests look forward to returning. Thank you both for making our stay so special!

Chef Uzair was very gracious at the Thali restaurant.
I received an amazing massage from Latoya.
All staff were amazing. It was very clean and the food was delicious. 😋
I travel with my mom who rides in a scooter. It was easy for her to navigate the resort. I’m very thankful.

Toni Ann provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me informed throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. If you're visiting the resort, I highly recommend asking for Toni Ann from entertainment —she truly made our experience even better. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
