My experience with Bajan Travel Expert was nothing short of phenomenal. My agent was were thorough in explaining all activities which were booked and also checked in the ensure that I was on time for each activity. Transfers to and from the resort which I stayed at were as easy as breathing, I will definitely be using this agency again for my future travels!

Bajan Travel Expert was recommended to me after searching tirelessly on IG for a reputable travel agency to plan a surprise birthday trip for my partner. When I reached out he responded promptly and shared all the information on his packages for the trip I had in mind. From day one he assured me everything would be sorted and all we had to do was show up; so said so done(bookings, airport and cruise port transfers, hotel accommodation all sorted!). He also checked in on us to make sure everything went smoothly for each transfer. I’m honestly glad he was recommended to us as he made sure our trip to Panama and Royal Caribbean cruise to Aruba, Curacao, and Colombia was unforgettable, we honestly had so much fun! My partner was raving and smiling from ear to ear for the entire trip.

As this was my very first time flying, I’m incredibly grateful that I chose to trust The Bajan Travel Expert. I now understand why “expert” is the perfect title as his professionalism, knowledge, and travel experience made all the difference.
What made me feel most comfortable was knowing that he had personally travelled to many destinations around the world. From start to finish, he was always reachable, attentive, and genuinely supportive.
Once my trip was booked, I received a ton of helpful information, from travel tips to recommendations for tours and restaurants. It made me feel informed, safe, and excited. Everything was perfectly arranged, including airport transfers on both arrival and return.

This was our first time to Panama, my daughter's first trip which was for her birthday and our first time travelling in a while as a couple. The travel expert made sure that we understood every step and even went as far to ensure he checked us in online. We never had to wait on our airport transfers both going and coming. The selected hotel was excellent. Overall we had an A plus experience and would recommend him to anyone again.

I was referred to Bajan Travel Expert by a co-worker, and from my very first phone call, I was impressed. I went ahead and booked my flights because of how professional, and attentive the agent was. He maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process, from the initial booking right up to when my family and I safely returned to Barbados.
The hotel selection was excellent, with both the staff and guests contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
