When i first saw the hotel i was shocked, my first impression of the staff was the man at the reception who was not very welcoming he had a sharp tone and didn’t make us feel welcomed. The next thing that i thought was a joke was the closing hours of the cashiers so you couldn’t pay card for their “tax policy” Overall this was my only issue as the hotel rooms were very clean and big the air conditioning was good i think the rooms were pretty good the pool area is very quite but all the sunbeds go pretty quickly but other than that the beach is a great place to go it’s very beautiful and that is what gives the hotel a higher rating the bar is good it opens at 10/10:30 but closes at midnight which i think is a shame but for new years it stayed open a bit longer which i was happy about the food was good, if you want different foods you will need to request it to a member of staff, as the food might not be for everyone but all the meals are good and tasty had no problem with it

Overall the hotel was and is a good place to stay, albeit parts were in need of TLC. The rooms have been described by others as 'basic', although I'm not a well worn traveller, it provided all that I needed and was clean abd serviced each day. The food was good and varied each day and possibly favoured adults than children who might be more fussy what they eat. The service was good and the staff were very helpful friendly. Access to be beach is great, hassle free. The pool maybe a bit small, but my Olympic days are over! You have a 15 minute walk to the main road to access local transport.

Wow, where do I start. The picture on line does not match what I seen. I have been extremely fortunate to travel the world and stay really nice places. 1. This place is no resort it's a motel. It's completely dirty, paint chips falling everywhere. 2. I checked the next day and I had to almost beg for a receipt, it took about 45 minutes just to get a receipt. 3. I was told by the lady there would be a 60 dollar fee since I left early, for 1 night my bill was atrocious. 4. Poor wifi, dinning facility had poor ventilation, I could not eat had to leave, it was that hot. Please please stay away it's not worth it. This motel masquerading like a resort. DO NOT GET CAUGHT LIKE I DID, STAY AWAY. They lie about everything. This is an edit cause I forgot to mention their food, I used to be a federal correction officer. So this place is like a prison in my head I hear an officer scream "feed off", 3 meals with specific times, with nothing else to eat. NO NOTHING. I felt like I was being pranked, this was beyond old and dirty. I Have pictures, I will post them on yelp

Very authentic hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is great with a different selection of Bajan food everyday (you’ll never go hungry if you appreciate good & proper food) if you like chips, pizza or European food then avoid this hotel as will be wasted on you. Location is great with a lovely long stretch of beach that doesn’t get crowded. Staff are friendly a few miserable ones but on the whole the bulk are great. I’d definitely recommend and would stay again. Really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back! Also has a great gift shop on site which is full of great treasures, great staff and very well priced!

Overall, this is a good beachfront resort for a relaxing vacation, with several strong points and a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean as well; though the shower head needs attention, as the water spray was uneven and could use proper cleaning. The bedroom itself was tidy and comfortable, but the bedside lights were not working, possibly already damaged upon arrival. The Veranda buffet is a highlight. The food is very good, delicious, and served in a clean, well-managed environment with adequate staffing. One point to note is breakfast timing. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am, and when I entered at 7:15 am, I was reminded that the opening hours were displayed on the notice board. While correct, the interaction felt a bit disappointing from a hospitality perspective. This is an area where staff training on guest handling could improve the experience. The bar is good and decent. However, the bar staff did not show much willingness or ability to explain drinks or pricing, instead directing guests to reception for rates. This may be because many guests are on all-inclusive packages, but better engagement would enhance the service experience. The reception team stood out positively. They were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and was allowed to check in as the room was ready. On departure day, my pickup was at 4 pm, and the team coordinated well to allow a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a pleasant resort to unwind and relax. With attention to the feedback shared, especially around service interaction and minor maintenance, the hospitality experience can be further enhanced for guests.
