What a great place to stay. A very warm welcome from Trevor, Pam and Maria who are genuinely interested in you and your stay. The bedrooms are spacious, ours had a lovely cool veranda which was great to get outside and have shade in the heat of the day. The wildlife in the gardens was always of interest from lizards to Monkeys. The Breakfasts were served to you and Trevor does an excellent job - we are missing them already! Very helpful hosts for recommending things to do, places to eat or booking car hire. Really it is like the hotel except there are many nearly places for dinner (many with music). Sitting by the pool with a drink from the bar is an excellent way to relax. Mullins is a great location with the bus stop 2 mins from the house. If you want peace and quiet with excellent service try Bayfield House.

This b&b is run superbly by Trevor and his family, who also provided great insight into the history of Barbados. Bayfield house facilities are good and the location is a few minute walk from Mullins Beach. The rooms and b&b are always kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast and coffee in the morning is basic yet tasty. I would highly recommend this b&b.

My friends & I came to Barbados from the US & booked excursions. One of the excursions identified the Bayfield House B&B as a pick up location. We arrived to the location & the host, or owner as she identified herself was very rude and confrontational with us for absolutely no reason. She didn’t ask any questions or try to be of any help to redirect us but just told us we needed to leave and move and that this is her property…making it seems as if it were a private residence not a B & B. We could’ve been staying there & attempting to check in and that’s how we were approached? My friends review is before this and truthful as well, it should not be deleted…your attitude should be checked & you should be friendlier…ESPECIALLY as a host of a B&B, likely dealing with tourists often.

They were so rude we were lost and they kept saying get away get away when all we needed was help. Not tourist friendly at all don’t recommend for black people she immediately judged us
