I had a truly beautiful experience at the Bond & Balance event. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully created from beginning to end! The facilitator had such a gentle, soothing presence and guided us in a way that made it easy to relax and fully immerse in the experience.
It was also special to share the evening with a friend, which made it even more meaningful. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and grateful. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

This was my sister and I second year attending the Bond and Balance partner yoga session, and it was once again a great experience. The environment was calm, welcoming, and well-organized, and the instructor made everyone feel comfortable regardless of experience level. It was a beautiful way to connect, relax, and be present with each other. We left feeling refreshed and grounded. Highly recommend, and we look forward to attending again next year.

It was a beautiful experience , my partner was my mom, usually I would travel or go on an excursion with my mom but this close intimacy of hugging touching was another way of saying I love you 🫶🏾 I see you and I care , all these emotions came up throughout this one class. Thank you Samista for hosting this special keep on going especially during this fast pace lifestyle.

Bond and Balance.....uniting, connecting, fun yoga . an idea which has morphed beautifully. The experience was refreshing, uplifting, relaxing yet rejuvenating.. Thank you Beautiful Blue Butterfly. I am always grateful for experiences like these where I share space with people who help me feel whole 🙏🏾 ❤️.. here's to many more 🙏🏾
