Stayed in the dorm and it was great! The AC was strong and super comfortable. It took a lot of effort to leave to start the day and have to deal with the heat and humidity. Bus station, supermarkets, and city center are all nearby. Showers and restrooms were relatively clean as well. For a long weekend solo trip, this place was perfect! Staff was also very responsive to messages.

Just missing a good kitchen for actual cooking, but great knowledge of the island from the staff. We rented a car, was good. Everyday they clean and especially the rooms were amazing with privacy. We were in the 16 person dorm but felt very private and safe

Bed and Bike is still good if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. The location and basic stay were fine. However, I saw a small cockroach in the room, which I didn’t like. Overall, it’s okay for a short and simple stay.

I stayed in a private room for 6 nights, the bed was comfy, the AC was powerful, and the facilities were very clean. Someone came to my room everyday and did a general clean for me which is greatly appreciated. The staff here are excellent, but I did feel it was a bit overpriced for what it was. It’s worth mentioning that the location is fantastic though, and there is lots of free parking on the street. Also a note - the walls in the rooms are extremely thin, you will hear absolutely everything outside so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!

Good location. Beds comfortable and clean. There seems to be some disconnect in how the hostel portrays and what they really are. For example, bikes are definitely NOT free. Kitchen only has one working microwave and NO STOVE. The staff seems inexperienced with exception of Anita who was very helpful and genuine. She went out of the way to get more info to answer my questions. The rest of the staff did not seem serious about their job, talking about broken relationships while at the desk with guests around. They did not know the answer to most common hostel questions like good tour activities (free walking tour was great) , public bus info (there is a really good bus app called ABC), or where to exchange money (no actual banks nearby, only ATMs but the Chinese supermarket does exchange). Dorms are in good shape but rest of facilities are run down. Bathroom and other general cleaning is partial and inconsistent. Would recommend more staff training, removing “free bikes” from advertising and improvements to the kitchen if owners/managers are reading this. This has potential to be a really great hostel.
