I was completely turned off, by the lady taking our order, who was not willing to take my question about the menu. She was eager to tend to the other patrons (2 couples) in the line behind us. I wanted to ask a question about a menu item, she told me "since you have questions and not ready to order, I'll take the next person". I found that was unacceptable, we had already stood about 7 minutes waiting for the person ahead of us. It was our first time experiencing the menu, but that was not happening.
Then to observe the Name she placed on the order. That was most shocking, and rude tbh.. I think it would have been easier to have asked for a "1 word" name, than to type all that nonesense!
I was not expecting 5 star service at the Bento Box, but at $150+ for 2 bowls and 1 sushi roll, the very least is to pleasantly endulge my curiosity to know about your menu, engage with your guest/ customer, and respectly get my NAME for the order.
After all that, I was turned off, the food was not great, and needless to say, I am never going back! I'm good with Miso or Fresko!
The waiter's name (or person taking the order) is concealed out of respect, but I'm open and happy to have the conversation with Mgmt.

I love the Caribbean-Asian fusion that Bento Box offers… but my main go to is the Spicy Crab tofu pockets (chef’s kiss, yummy).
Bento Box is awesome for raw or cooked sushi, poke bowls, desserts (love the three tier chocolate mousse especially), and much more.
If you love contemporary art vibes, dine in! If you need something quick and refreshing to eat.. their take out is just as great.
This is my go to place especially on a hot day where I just need a bite that actually cools me down. Love it there :)

Love the poke bowls form Bento! Always so fulling and delicious. Friendly and attentive service. Clean dining space. The portions and flavours will keep you coming back.
They have also recently updated their menu and have added more toppings, sauces and veg options - which have elevated the poke bowls even more!

The sashimi and sushi rolls were delicious. The Bento Box presents an excellent choice for Asian cuisine in the heart of Warren's.

One of my Favourite Sushi spots (I frequently go to the Warrens Branch) most times I enjoy a poke bowl.
