What a wonderful evening at Biña Restaurant & Bar. The food was absolutely delicious and every course impressed. We ordered à la carte and enjoyed the seafood platter, pata negra, steak tartare, seadevil and côte de boeuf. All three of the main dishes stood out equally and the chocolate dessert was perfect.
The service from Ron and the whole team was amazing and spot on. Thank you Ron for the extras and for making our evening even more special.
The location is beautiful and the uitzicht is lovely. It was very hot inside though, but great to hear they will be adding fans soon. Maybe a bit more separation from the pool would make the space even more comfortable.

Myrthe was absolutely fabulous — warm, engaging, and a joy to be served by. She knew the menu and wines inside out, made great recommendations, and added just the right personal touch that made the evening feel special.
The food was delicious, and the sunset view casts a beautiful glow over the whole dining experience. The ambience is relaxed and inviting, making Biña a perfect spot for a treat.
Always a favorite to return to — can’t wait for my next visit!

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The food was amazing, we did the 4 course chefs menu with wine pairing. It was so much fun to have a surprise at every course. The wine pairings were perfect. The service was extraordinary, the view was spectacular. Absolutely worth every penny.

What a lovely evening at Biña Restaurant & Bar! The 4-course menu was amazing—every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The service was super friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, and next time we’re excited to try the à la carte menu too. Highly recommended!

Location is beautiful. You have to walk a bit from the parking lot but the stroll across the resort is beautiful and takes 5 minutes. The service was good with waiters being knowledgeable and customer oriented. For this price level I expect better food. Starter was Peking duck where the skin was soft instead of crisp plus the center was dry. Ceviche was amazing but the pairing wine was so strong it overpowered the dish instead of complementing it. The trio of fish was dry. The wild boar was very very salty (and I use a lot of salt when I cook so I am used to higher salt levels). Plates look amazing. All in all it came across as a kitchen with high ambition but not the skills to match unfortunately. I would suggest to present a simpler menu against a lower price point. Besides the quality of the food we had a lovely time but you should get near perfect food for a pricetag of $150 per person.
