Great food and even better drinks. The frappes were delicious. I enjoyed a Moscow Mule with lavender, which was probably the best I ever had. My wife had a mimosa with cherry. The food was well priced with good sized portions....maybe to good. There house cheese sauce is savory yet light. Definitely a spot to hit if you are in the area.

Unfortunately, our experience at Black Petter Bistro & Bar was extremely disappointing because of the poor service we received from our server, Deynaln. We were a group of nine, and she did not seem prepared to manage a party of our size.
She brought water only two glasses at a time at random intervals, explaining that she could not carry nine glasses—even though a tray could have been used. She took only two or three orders at a time before walking away, brought the wrong coffee orders and then blamed us for the confusion, and forgot several requested items.
The billing experience was even worse. We clearly explained that we needed separate checks, and I was the last person to pay. Deynaln added items to my bill because she claimed they had not been paid for on the other checks. After meeting up with my family afterward, I learned that those items had already been paid, meaning we were charged twice.
Mistakes can happen, especially with a larger group, but blaming customers and overcharging them is unacceptable. The poor organization, attitude, and lack of accountability completely overshadowed our visit. Management should review the transactions and address the service issues so this does not happen to another group.

I ordered a sandwich to go and was served with a sautéed potato side. Unfortunately they were a bit too greasy and my sandwich got soagy. But service was great and the coffee too. Place is decorated for Christmas and is beautiful. I will definitely give them another chance.

The service was Excellent, the waitress, plus the food was very tasty and delicious.... Recommend the place.
