During our stay in St. Vincent, my partner and I visited Black Point Tunnel, and it was a truly unique experience. We got there by scooter, which is very doable, though the winding turns along the way require a bit of care. The black sand along the coast is absolutely spectacular, otherworldly, almost surreal. It’s so quiet that just standing there feels like stepping into another realm. If you’re a fan of bats, the tunnel itself is a fun thrill, you can hear them inside, and if you’re lucky, one might even fly overhead. The tunnel is small but exciting, and the historical signs explaining its past make it worth checking out. That said, the real magic is outside. The views of the ocean are breathtaking, with no housing in sight, just waves, wind, and nature. It can be quite windy, which only adds to the feeling of being completely immersed in the natural surroundings. Black Point Tunnel is a fascinating, peaceful spot and absolutely worth the visit if you’re exploring SVG.

Nice little walk thru tunnel and back if you are in the area. Nothing too exciting. No one collecting money while we were there (or maybe we somehow missed the booth) so it was an ok stop.
