The worst customer service ever. I bought an all-inclusive package, and upon arrival, they charged me for certain meals. It only included what they had on the menu. When I checked out of the hotel, my checkout time was 5 pm, and they charged me $20 per hour after 11 am. I had to check in because I was still at the hotel. I forgot to read my room codes at the restaurant, and they didn't give them to me. They said they hadn't seen them. I had to go to the restaurant myself to look for them, and they told me they had been there the whole time for three days. The pool and restaurants were very far from the rooms. In short, it's not what they advertise over the phone.
