Island time, but food was amazing. Best we've had in a week. Drinks were photo worthy. Prices were on par with the rest of the island but food flavor and freshness were exceptional. Lion, our host, was a cool guy. Well done Bold Buddha - a notch above the rest!

Quaint atmosphere, lovely staff and delightful meal. If in the area, you definitely want to experience a meal here. Flavorful yet not overpowering flavors like some spots. We enjoyed Mahi Mahi Panko breaded and Mahi Mahi mango pineapple tacos. Topped it off with a Mai Tai & sparkling water.

Service was just a bit slow for having virtually no customers, but we werent really in a hurry so that didn't bother us too much. Don't sit next to the windows unless you enjoy the heat, the server noticed my gf was hot and fanning herself so he moved us to a cooler location, which was much better. Food was masterful and delicious. The fresh made lemonade hit the spot on a hot day.

Great find amongst a lot of food choices. Not gonna lie: the AC and smiling service are worth it on their own. Summer took amazing care of us despite being short staffed on a Friday! The bartender made me a mudslide even though it wasn't technically on the menu. Also, the fried gouda appetizer was DELICIOUS. Great sauces and fish dishes.

We went to this restaurant twice during our recent stay in Saint Maarten. The food was amazing both times. The service was top tier and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves fresh food with impeccable taste. The wait is a little long, but good things come to those who wait…the food is worth the wait. 10/10
