I’m very impressed with the reviews, the hotel is really, really really low standard. It could be a Chester hotel.. the hallways and the rooms smell humidity period of the breakfast is horrible. There is a few slices of bread, some fruits, cheese and boiled eggs. There’s lack of food all the time. The rooms are large, but not high standard as it is shown on the hotel pictures. Showers has only warm water, but not hot.. I had an issue with the drain of my shower and it wasn’t soaked even though I complained from the first day. If you’re expecting a silent place, do not stay there.

PLEASE DO NOT stay here. ROACHES, MOLD and NO RUNNING SHOWER WATER. I recently booked this hotel, and they are beyond nasty, unhygienic, and refused to take accountability. I’m uploading my photos and videos. There were cockroaches and mold in multiple rooms. The rooms themselves were also not properly cleaned. The third room I got moved to ( room 209 ) had roaches, mold and no running water in the shower. The manager Azaria is clearly unfit to be a manager. I literally had to go across to the neighbor to take a shower at night. The hotel refused a refund in any amount or to take accountability. Save yourself and stay anywhere but here. I stayed in room 118, 116 and room 209 famous for no water, running in the shower, roaches and mold. Imagine being moved to three different rooms, and it just gets worse and worse. I was unable to properly enjoy my vacation while celebrating myself and my daughter’s birthday.

Our room was very good, the breakfast too, and the hotel's location is excellent! However, when we arrived on the first day, the bathroom had pee on the floor, and the three times I needed some information or help, the attendant David was zero helpful! He assisted us with a terrible attitude!

My room was to have two queen beds got one an one of those fold out bed, Then was told by receptionist would be sorted out by giving us another room, 🙄 it was just a run around 🙄 the breakfast not for the weak....I just had a green apple an went elsewhere for breakfast. Place has a bit of bad odor when walking through corridors like sewer....its great place but need to improve

The only major positive about the hotel is the staff and location. The breakfast is the same every day!!! Bread, cereal, Boiled eggs and fruit, NO VARIATION! My advice just if you want somewhere to sleep that is in the thick of things you can stay here but outside of that book an Air bnb and the savings you can buy food. It's my only regret, we made thr most of the situation but there are better options. The room is basic, hot water lasts about 10 minutes. Again best part is location and staff.
