Guys. Come!!!!!!!!! Perfect location, gorgeous pristine beach that no one is ever on. For snorkeling! Or kiddies. Or dogs :) Sunset, nowhere better. Skies at night from the green areas or the beach out front are insane. Checkout the new comet! Complex neighbours are always super chill, kind, friendly. Super easy going. Right down from the University of West Indies Campus. We’re quiet and respect each others privacy, but will chat or socialize around during the day. Community vibes. Nice to have my downtown dogs just chillin and the beach out front could keep them busy for hours. Great neighbours on the street, quiet enclave right in the middle of two busy areas. So you’re never far from anything, but also get to go home to peace ❤️ Walkability 10/10 3 min walk to batts nature path and beach. Keep walking for maybe the best beaches on planet earth, always dead. Best views from the apartments. Best bus routes. SAFE. Landlord is good. Super responsive. No stress. Places are well maintained and kept up. Room for socialization :). Though we are a quieter bunch rn, it’s not an issue to make noise sometimes lol LAUNDRY PARADISE! lol Honestly if nothing else, look at the rent. Especially if you have pets, you won’t find better. Fully fully fullllllly a hidden gem for anyone with animals. And frankly overall :)
