I came August 1st during a holiday, it was open, but service was bad, the cashier was very rude. The manager told me they ran out of the big bread and to pick something else or she would give me a refund. Then somehow my order was ready and that happened to be the last bun. The taste was bad. Today, August 2nd the cashier was in a better mood, but no bread. I ended up getting chicken and the taste was bad. Overall, poor management to not have order bread ahead of time and not looking over customer service.

I had to edit my previous rating. The service at this branch is consistently awful. The young gentleman who worked the drive thru window the last two times I came was rude and extremely slow. How can we call it fast food when it takes 45 minutes for one meal????? I eat faster at a la carte dining. You need to do better. This is a systematic problem

Long wait in drive through. Didn't have order when I got to pick up window. Had to get something else.
Extremely long wait.
Update. So after another long wait to get to order it was then I was told they're only accepting cash. Luckily I had some but usually I only have cards.
Just imagine. 15 minutes to get to order and then unable to get out of the line. Stuck and still unable to get food

I went to the Haggatt Hall Location just now and the staff was very rude!!!!!! The service was awful, the food was awful and the presentation was not it! Danisha was rudeeee!!!!!! I can’t remember the girl at the pick up window name I don’t think she was wearing a name tag but she awful. Your staff needs customer service training being completely honest.

When we arrived in Barbados this was one of the places that was still open on a Sunday. Thus we made a big order. There was a new cashier training. I really liked her attitude hopefully it stays like that.
