Really enjoyed it! One of the best steaks we’ve ever had. Service was excellent, couldn’t fault our experience… just take a jumper as it was cold in there!

This is meant to be the signature restaurant of Sandals but was very average, the service was as expected in the Caribbean, very average, did even ask if we wanted a second drink! Didn’t order a starter but then waited 45 minutes for the main course. The signature strip was burnt on the outside, had to check the menu to see it said chargrilled, it didn’t, the Filet was nice and cooked well, the jacket potato was average and so was the mash. All the sauces were average except for the Bearnaise which was very nice, the star of the show was the Lamb chops they were amazing. All in all was an average meal and average service, oh nearly forgot the special cocktail was terrible!

A few of the items marked as vegan options were not available as vegan, which was disappointing. Had we known there would be fewer options than listed (no vegan mushroom soup, one of the salads was rather unremarkable once veganized), we may not have chosen to spend one of our dinners at this Butch’s while staying at Sandals. We had the Hungry Planet “filet mignon” with carrots three ways. The “filet” was dry, and there were only two ways of carrots (not a big deal, but worth mentioning).

Great selection of appetisers, mains and sides. Nice atmosphere and good service. The strip loin was excellent. The fillet would have been fabulous, but was inedible from too much salt. Shame the steaks are so inconsistent.

Meal was amazing! Steak cooked to perfection. Wife is a very picky eater and I am happy to say they made her happy! The chef greeted our table and George also made an appearance. Highly recommended.
