Just spent ten days here and had a brilliant time.
Rooms are clean spacious with good AC
Swimming pool is big enough and the long pool is good for those who just want to swim.
Staff are always cleaning keeping the place spotless without being intrusive
Most of the food is good apart from Italian dishes which talking as someone who has Italian family it more anericsn Italian and very heavy not like proper Italian.
Bar staff are friendly especially Debra and the tall lad behind the bar.
And a note to visitors local currency can be got from the nice lady in the hotel gift shop.

Arrived..and a welcoming drink offered to us, receptionist was pleasant and professional in dealing with our booking. Room was fine for us basic but we were fine with that as didn’t upgrade. Bed is huge, very comfy and super pillows too. Great location for interesting places, and lots to visit while here to enjoy. Housekeeping done every day. No problem with sun beds, lovely pool areas. Dining room fantastic overlooking ocean, menus vary and every meal we had was delicious and the desserts are even more delicious. Can’t t fault this hotel we’re more than happy with our stay here.

This is a fabulous hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, a special thanks goes to the staff in the Reef Bar and Deborah in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff at the hotel. The food at the Reef bar was lovely and we really enjoyed eating there. It had been 9 years since we had last been to stay at Butterfly Beach and it certainly won’t be another 9 years since we return. The staff and the hotel thoroughly deserve our 5 star rating.

We had cockroaches in our room and bed not changed only turned round in the 2 weeks we were there. They put us facing the main road so not pleasant to sit out. Younger staff at bar area didn't want to wait on us they were to busy chatting with each other. How ever the reception staff were fantastic. I liked the location as it was easy to jump on and off the bus.

My mom and I celebrated our birthdays a few days ago but mom was the reason for the trip. The team at Butterfly Beach Hotel was very pleasant. Ms Harriet went above and beyond and made all the plans to make sure my mom got a birthday cake. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff all joined efforts to make her birthday a wonderful experience. Everyone was courteous; from the gate to the room.
