Great coffee shop. Baking is great. I did the breakfast bagel which was relay nice. Eggs bacon etc all Cooke nicely. The bagel was great, Table service was good, not busy when I visited. I picked up a vegetable quiche a couple of croissant and a couple of scones to go. Having now eaten those the scones and croissants were great. Quiche for me was just ok. I just thought it was lacking something for flavour. The scones were the best I’ve had on the island as they weren’t overly sweet which seems to be the norm with most of the bajan baking I’ve tried. Loved the croissant as well. Pricing was consistent with other establishments

Everyone recommended this place. The food and coffee was great but service was slow. We ordered things that were already premade on the counter and I finished my coffee before it was brought to us. Lots of people working on their computers at the tables so looks like a good “working” coffee shop

Really great food and service! Their prices for some of the pastries are just incredible... compare 3 eclairs for $6USD to one eclair (and inferior at that, despite being from a high rated, authentic French cafe in Manhattan famous for hot chocolate) for $11USD in NYC (not unreasonable for the city, but just a much much better value here without compromise in quality). That alone is worth a stop in my opinion. The coffee is also good, and the paninis, while pricey, are delicious.

I wanted a coffee so as I was at LG, decided to pop in. Then I decided to eat. Sat outside for 2 minutes and was asked by Amber if I knew what I wanted. 2 minutes. I order my coffee. Then she came back for me to order my food, I asked what was in the vegetable panini and she said onion and lettuce. I said that’s impossible so she went to the kitchen to ask. There were other things in the panini as I thought. Table sat down next to me and she offered them water, she didn’t offer me any. I had to ask for water. I had to ask for salt and pepper because my table didn’t have any like the others. Clearly I have finished eating and she clears an empty table before clearing mine… so now I am sitting with an empty plate in front of me. Amber does not offer me anything else. My cup is empty also, but she only takes my plate. (She’s really not trying to upsell anything). Perhaps I wanted some juice. I did. Not anymore. I also wanted another coffee. Not anymore. I’ll go elsewhere. I’m writing this and she still hasn’t checked to see if I want anything. There are 7 people here. 7. The place is empty so it’s not like it’s she’s busy. Very disappointed to say the least. Last time it was slow but it was busy so I understood. Perhaps work on your staff and the service they provide.

There isn't anything to complain about. I got great customer service and the pastries are fantastic. I myself, as a pastry chef 👨‍🍳 all the French pastries are on point. I agree with not having any vanilla pastry cream in Pain Aux Raisins. Great atmosphere with a clean view. The manager loves her work and I compliment her on what I saw her do. We people complain way too much about petty things. I knew my birthday was coming up on the 7th of August and heard about the place. I made a decision to save money just to go and enjoy breakfast. The bacon sandwich was delicious. I went oh ahead and complimented the chef 👩‍🍳 .I saved $100.00 knowing that the pastries would not be cheap. I work just like everyone, so why give one star ☆ and stupid review, knowing there are chances you will not be served pipe water. They don't serve pipe water 💧 They don't serve pipe water. ( Simple = move on.) People complain about dampness, things that destroy someone's business
