I booked a 3:00 PM appointment with this stylist and arrived early at 2:40 PM. I ended up waiting for an hour before her assistant finally washed my hair. Unfortunately, the assistant was unable to properly mold my hair for a pixie cut, so I was left sitting with wet hair until it dried. The stylist never showed up, and I ultimately left with my hair in disarray and had to style it myself at home.
To make matters worse, the stylist had left to attend to her booth and never sent a courtesy message or email to let me know she had stepped out or to request I come earlier. While her work on Instagram looks beautiful, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend her based on this, and she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills.
