don't waste your time or money on them. They are very unprofessional and frankly seem more like con-artists. First, I waited an extra three weeks to get my delivery even if it was already in Barbados. Second, they don't communicate, they say they will call you and never do so you have to either call them or find the time to go down to the office (you will most likely leave empty handed by the way). When you finally go down to the office, the staff never seems to know whats going on, everyone is lost and confused. Then, they tell you that they pay the tax on the item if it is under $100. LIES! Also, they don't reply to emails so don't even think about it. I literally sent three emails in a row without a reply. Then when I went in, the woman said they were too busy to reply to my email. I find that quite interesting considering the fact that every time I go there she is sitting behind a computer and one time I could see the email tab open. So they did have time, they just don't care. Frankly, I think they use these 'stalling techniques' to frustrate you so that you abandon the item and then they can sell it. They actually have a show window with 'abandoned' items for sale. I will never again make the mistake of using this service. DON'T DO ITT! I really wish I could give zero stars because that is what they deserve.

i am a new customer just thinking that my order is taking a bit long since it left Miami on April 28 it is only saying shipped but not delivered
