So, this is a very odd hotel... I'm including all the pics I took since I have no real words for it but will try my best to describe. 1. The place is not finished which is fine ish but very easy to access so it could be a hazard for those unaware or children. (Pictures show what im talking about.) 2. The person at the office was polite but there was something pretty off. He instantly tried to upcharge when we asked if there were any rooms with two beds which it was fine, to be excepted but then he quickly back tracked when we rejected it a couple times, trying to lower the price until he gave in and said we could have the upstairs room with two bedrooms with the price we paid, we were honestly shocked and appreciated it, we were put under the impression that we got the two bed room. He then went to get us two water for free which we greatly appreciated but we notice one of them was already open and drank from so we didnt drink it. Once we we were upstairs, he made us choose which bed, we were confused but thought we merely misunderstood and told him we would be sleeping in seperate beds but then he said we choose one. We chose the king and he locked the other bedroom saying we only baught one bed. He tried showing us upstairs seeing the view which I have to admit, the view was nice. He then told us breakfast was on him free even though when we baught the hotel room breakfast was already included.. even then when the next day came, he was no where to be found the time he told us breakfast would be served. Breakfast never came either, we waited 7am-9:30am and nothing... 3. Rooms: Let's finally talk about the room... where do I even start? The fridge/freezer were not on nor working, he gave us ice but it was melted by the next day because the freezer and fridge were completely off. The room had a king sized bed with a closet that's door was pulled off, as well as a stained curtain. The ac only finally cooled around the midnight point. Bed was comfortable at least. The bathroom was something else... no shampoo, no conditioner, no proper shower? The shower water ONLY stayed on if you kept pressing the little handle bar, like a hose (video included as well...), the knobs? Temperature... Toilet barely flushed much but it flushed once you hold it for a couple seconds long. All I could find was just four bars of soap and then some toilet paper, nothing else. At least towels were available. In conclusion, I got no clue what to say in the end. If you want to stay, stay. Its best for a single night and done. Its pretty sad since the view is pretty and has potential...

I stayed for 5 days. Everything was great, Nicholas was very attentive and helpful. It was my first time in Antigua, the city is a bit challenging because of its narrow and poorly maintained streets. The room was standard, I didn't have any problems. The area was very quiet. An excellent view.

I honestly have no idea where all these great reviews came from that I read before booking this hotel on priceline.com. Not to mention that the drive around town to get here almost destroyed the rental car we were in considering the horrible roads on this island, the fact that the rooms themselves Were completely outdated, appliances looked 20 years old, things were falling apart, and the worst part is we found roaches all over the kitchen. I couldn’t believe this is the same place that I booked. Granted I only needed a place to sleep for two nights since we were working on a yacht all day - but honestly, after checking in I wanted to check right back out because for the price I payed - this was far below my expectations. Oh, and the best part is that there’s constant construction starting at 6 AM right next-door so even if you do try to sleep, it’s impossible..

Please do not stay at the Caribbean Inn the owner/manager is very dishonest. I travel for a conference my room was paid for and the manager ask for my debit card just in case when I check out if I break anything he would charge my card. The manager went and charge me for the price of the room, when he already got paid for the room. Manager refuse to return my money. Very dishonest .

I wish I could give this place a -5 star. This place is poorly maintained. The rooms are infested with roach and Mr. Nicholas the manager is rude and obnoxious. I wonder if the individuals who have it 5 star actually stayed at this hotel or they were paid to write a review. There’s nothing wonderful about this place. It’s overpriced and under-kept. The furnitures are dirty, the utensils aren’t washed properly and you aren’t given toiletries in the bathroom. I wish I could erase this bad experience. Never again Ivan Nicholas!!! You should hire people to help u with the upkeep of this place because your guests want service for their money!!!
