The best experience ever! It was my first time doing yoga EVER, and was definitely an unforgettable and amazing experience. I truly recommend … she is the sweetest and most knowledgeable instructor ever! I will definitely be doing this again.

Carol was absolutely amazing!! She led a beautiful and relaxing practice while really allowing us to engage our bodies. We left feeling strong and rejuvenated. Already looking forward to the next class!

We had a lovely 45 minute yoga flow class at Long Bay Resort on the beach with Carol. She had a gentle and comforting voice and gave clear instructions . She had soft music playing in the backround . She did a great job of transitioning from warm up moves into more gentle flows and ending with stretches and relaxation. Any level of yoga practitioner could join this class even if you had never taken a yoga class before . Carol was also super easy to communicate with via email for sign up etc . We will be going back for sure .

I had a truly transformational yoga experience with Carol from Pura Vida Yoga in Tortola. I took a private session after losing my mom and recovering from ovarian surgery. I hadn’t felt strong enough to practice, but the wonderful, welcoming energy of the session gave me the mental strength and confidence to return to my practice.
This mindful practice felt like a spiritual experience with myself. I don’t think I could’ve done it without this session. Highly recommend Carol and Pura Vida Yoga to anyone looking to reconnect with their body and mind.
