We arrived in Bonaire after a very long day of travel only to be greeted by property manager Mitch who took the time get us familiar with the house. Outside, we were greeted by owners Anneke and Ron. A delightful hospitable family that immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. The refrigerator was stocked with beverages, a delightful bottle of wine and charcuterie board. This home is astonishing as it gazes into the azure sea. The home is exquisitely decorated by Anneke, and the attention to detail is unsurpassed. The home is immaculate, and beyond anything we have stayed in through our travels. There are many wonderful outside cozy spaces to move about, but our favorite was the lower deck closest to the sea. Here we would climb down the gentle sloping ladder to swim and snorkel. While snorkeling, we saw many parrot fish, yellow needle fish, butterfly and angel fish. You don’t need to go on a snorkeling excursion, you’ve got it all right there. If you don’t dive or snorkel you can see the fish right from the deck! This house is a respite for the mind and soul and we are already speaking with Mitch for our next stay!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely vacation home for a week. The owner and residential manager (Ron and Mitch) were so friendly and helpful. We always enjoyed seeing Ron around the property and getting to know him. We rented out the upstairs floor which has a beautiful living area, huge kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. We loved the modern decor and open space. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to live there and cook for a week! We ate every meal on our patio overlooking the ocean because we didn't want to leave. There is a huge sun deck with a ladder for easy access into the ocean. We went for several swims and dives. The reef is right there and provides for great diving! You literally cannot get any closer to the water. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit and relax on the deck, overlooking the water. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed a week at Casa at Sea in late September. The house was amazing and Simone was incredible. We were a group of four couples, so everyone had their own master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The rooms were amazing, especially the AC. The common areas of the house (2 kitchens and 2 sitting areas) are not air conditioned, but that was not a problem as the air flowed nicely and we spent most our time on the deck and exploring the island. The outdoor deck and pool has to be the highlight of the house. There is a lot of area to spread out and relax. Plus, direct entry into the crystal clear sea was perfect. I would recommend bringing a little floatie for the sea as it was really relaxing. Entry to the sea is very easy and the area is pretty good for walking around once you enter (not too many rocks). The sunsets are amazing too! The location of the house was perfect for us. Just outside downtown so it was private enough, but also close enough for a $5-$7 per person taxi to town. It was also easy to get around the island on the scooters that we rented for five days (Scooters Bonaire). Lac Bay was one of our favorite spots and the Salt Pier. Ocean Oasis Beach Club was also a great spot along with The Beach restaurant that is next door (very convenient and not noisy at all during our stay). We loved the house location for plane spotting (only a few during the day) and watching the two cruise ships that came through during our stay. It was great to be able to snorkel right off the deck and we saw a lot of divers swimming out at the house, so it must be good. The outdoor grill was great and the refrigerator outside did a good job keeping drinks cold along with the ice maker (September is about the hottest month). The evenings on the deck were wonderful and we didn't notice any bugs at all with the light breeze. Simone was incredibly helpful during our stay and set us up with Katia (Taxi 14) for all our rides during our stay. Katia was extremely dependable and accommodating for our group of 8. This was one of our best vacation locations ever!! Thank you!!

We received a very warm welcome to begin with by our host. Amazing house and beautifully furnished as one of the owners is a interior stylist of immaculate taste. Lots of space, amenities of plenty and of high quality. What we further liked best is that you can walk into the sea straight from the terrace! We are padi open water divers and to be able to dive straight from the terrace of our rental home is something we have never experienced before!! Convenient location to all restaurants/outdoor activities and airport. Great view from the house. Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect price - quality balance!

Three friends and I just returned from a stay at Casa at Sea (May 25-June 1) and I'm already anxious to return. We rented the house through QVillas, and they were very helpful and easy to work with. Simone manages the villa and was exceptional. She greeted us at the house with groceries, arranged a private chef (Robert, Chefs on Tour, also phenomenal), massages (I don't know their names, but we all agreed they were the best massages we'd ever had), and transportation with the most punctual taxi driver I've ever met. The house itself is even more beautiful in person and very well maintained. If we'd never left the house, our vacation still would have been amazing. But the location was also perfect. Walking distance to Bachelor's Beach and King Kong Burger, a few minutes from the airport, and a quick drive to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. I can't say enough good things. The only bad thing was having to leave.
