Thoroughly enjoyed this, the service was perfect, timely, attentive and Kellyanne was ace. The service made the meal to be honest. The food was also very good fish tacos and the Gyoza were truly special. The ambiance was relaxed but still smart, the view was great, decking over the sea, children were very welcome.

I really wanted to love Castaways given all the hype, but unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment.
The service was excellent throughout our meal, I'll start with that positive. Our appetizer of gyoza dumplings were actually the highlight of the evening.
Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I ordered the beet salad as my main and have never experienced a saltier salad in my life. The beets themselves tasted earthy, as if they hadn't been properly washed or peeled.
We also tried the chicken cordon bleu, and their unique take on it missed the mark completely. Not only was it lacking in flavor, but it was also loaded with awkward chunks of ham.
The chicken Alfredo was nothing to write home about either – completely unremarkable. The charred chicken was particularly disappointing. While not actually burnt, it had an overwhelming burnt taste that dominated the entire meal, and the dish itself was bland and forgettable. (It could have actually benefited from some of that excess salt from my beet salad!)
With all the buzz surrounding this place, I expected so much more. The service deserves credit, but the food was a letdown across nearly every dish we tried.

We had the best waiter - "Jimmy" - check in ordered, served and delivered above board! Food was excellent for all 4 of us, drinks and desserts yes! We will return.

This was a very pleasant experience for dinner. Fast, friendly service, and engaging staff. It is in a great location right at the entrance of The Gap overlooking the bay, providing a beautiful view at sunset. The atmosphere was very nice and the wait time minimal. The food was excellent and good value for the money. We have already recommended to some friends and will return in the future.

Such a great location and lovely cocktails and food. I could eat a bucket of their split pea soup- fantastic vegetarian options for me.
