We really enjoyed the trip to Stingray City, Starfish Point, and a great snorkeling spot. Great, laid back crew and the boat had a lot of space for those looking for sun or shade. Highly recommend.

Captain Shaun and his team are the best. Friendly local experts for local tours. We went to see the stingrays and starfishes on a beautiful day. Great knowledge and funny stories. So easy to access from our hotel. We highly recommend Cayman Sun Splash Tours. We support small local businesses whenever possible.

I communicated via email before I arrive, still couldn’t get a trip out. Captain said he didn’t have enough people. Why even have a water sports station on site of a hotel if you can’t get a trip out? Thanks, Captain Shawn.

Captain and Dillon took my family out on a private tour. 10/10 best decision of our whole trip! They were able to cater the trip towards more animal watching, as that was our main goal. Since the Captain has lived here his whole life, he knew exactly where to go, plus the history of the island. We learned so much! Experience of a lifetime!

We took the Cayman Highlights & Resort Retreat: A Perfect Day excursion, and it did not disappoint! I booked this excursion for our family of nine-ages ranging from 6 to 69-for June of 2025, and I'm so glad that I did! The team from Cayman Sun Splash Tours, Tessa, Captain Shaun, Arlene, and a young guy that spent time with us in the water at Starfish Point were all wonderful! The timing was perfect at each stop! Our driver, Tessa, was amazing-an excellent driver, respectful and very friendly. She shared lots of info about Grand Cayman and was eager to answer any questions. Our bus was air-conditioned and comfortable; we never felt unsafe or rushed. The Tortuga Rum Cake Factory tour was great! The samples of rum and rum cake were delicious- the best cake EVER! The Grand Cayman Resort was perfect! The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of space, lots of chairs, hammocks, multiple pavilions, a nice pool, and of course, the beach. Kayaks and snorkeling gear were available for rent. We also had easy access to restrooms and shaded areas. If you plan to get in the bay, be sure to bring water shoes. The Caribbean meal was INCREDIBLE! The cooks and servers were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious! It was so MUCH MORE than I expected! I highly recommend this excursion!
