Came for their famous ice-cream!
Vanilla is orange so don't be thrown off! The line was long with limited cashiers but the staff were excellent.
We especially appreciated the Service for Grace Ann and Sherry. We had lots of questions about the ice cream flavours and sizes. She was real patient and kind

Went in at 11:35 p.m. ordered chicken tenders only because she said they had no more rotis. Was told I had to wait 10 mins for tenders which was no problem. After waiting 30 mins I requested 1 extra sauce as the order only came with 2, I was told would be an extra $1.50 for 1 more sauce which i said no problem. She then said the register was closed! I looked over at 10 sauces sitting on a tray and asked if I could just still pay and get the sauce..... The woman looked at me and said "It don't work so!" I replied but you'll said 10 mins and I waited 30 mins and I can't get 1 sauce. She said "No, you can'tsee we closed".
I then played back in my head.... IShowSpeed came to this location, walked through the while kitchen with cameras and security, wearing no hair net or anything. Got his multiple orders in 10 mins, and 5 free ice-cream...... But I can't get 1 SAUCE, because "It don't work so"
NASTY WORK!!!!! But I guess she was saving them for her chicken tenders that she told the girl she ordered.

Had to try this spot while visiting the island and so glad we did. This location was big, clean, and had friendly staff. The fried chicken was really good! There was a lot of meat on both pieces and it wasn’t greasy. The fries were good as well. My husband got a roti from the staff’s recommendation and he said it was good but wished he had gotten the snack box like me. We ended up getting ice cream after and it was delicious! I got rocky road in a waffle cone and it was creamy with a good amount of marshmallows and nuts. Probably the best rocky road I’ve had. The waffle cone was crispy but also delicate enough to bite and enjoy with the ice cream. Happy we tried it and we see why it’s popular.

Great value, cheerful staff, tasty food, plenty of choices, good drinks especially the shakes and amazing ice cream! A real island staple, always busy and you can see why. If you are ever in doubt as to where to eat you can't do much better. Nothing beats their all chicken roti, just wish we had this at home as it puts certain well known outlets to shame, and you can see why one of those didn't last on the island for very long.

Unfortunately very poor customer service at this location. The food took extremely long as well. Employees appear upset and bothered to provide good service. Went there today and also some days previously and it is sad to see that many of them are not professional. I spoke to the Manager on duty today to make a point about the service situation and the fact they no one was addressing the customers waiting in the BBQ Barn area as all other regular cashiers were closed. Knocked on the door to speak to the manager and was accosted by a member of the kitchen staff who came to the door to apparently put me in my place. After speaking with the Manager I could hear her remarks as she walked away. Not convinced that my chat with her made the impact intended. Sad situation that this restaurant is able to do as well as it is with such poor service and attitudes in abundance. More training and customer service is needed if they are to be true to their stated vision and mission. Get your act together.
