For the amount I paid for the service, I expected a much better patient experience. I believe patients who are visibly anxious or afraid should still be treated with patience, clear communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

This is a relatively small testing/reference lab. They seem to have a good relationship with doctors, and their results are shared in a timely fashion. Staff are friendly and helpful. They’re a bit expensive, but most of these places are anyway in Barbados. Wait times tend to be short, particularly in the early morning.
