I've been a member of this bank for over 30 years, it went through many changes...from name changes to mergers over the years, now it's just CIBC...the one in Warrens is my go to for convenience and location with a lot of parking spaces and a drive thru.
The customer service has dropped tremendously since Covid and it seems the non-existent of it is here to stay with the pushing of online services, staff working from home etc. along with their earlier closures on Fridays, made for long lines in most branches.
The service is now typical to any you'll find in international cities with no customer care...I do however like the invention of the SMART ABM machines.
I generally liked this bank for when I'm traveling as the ease of doing business is quite good, especially in Canada with the no extra fees at their ATM's during withdrawal transactions.
Love the CIBC app with it's easy to use features now, as it wasn't always the case in the beginning...Overall a nice bank, I just missed the customer service.

We had an appointment, everything was in place when we arrived, (early). The people we met were friendly and informative. The meeting went well.

Worst service ever
Took them 2 years to change my address on file and still to this day havent.

I have been calling and calling and calling when I do get through they barely help you with anything and I'm tired they said they will get back to you they will call you then they don't I'm changing my bank from tomorrow they don't have good customer service at all 😕I was liking the bank but because it is 3days that I tried to call I couldn't get through or get proper help my mind change totally. They close at 3 you call from since morning to when they close and still can't get help

Horrible service. I have been waiting on a response to 3 queries, 2 visits and numerous emails regarding a few transactions, and all now I have not heard back from a representative and my issues remained unresolved.
