CJ provided outstanding service from start to finish. He greeted our group promptly with a warm, professional attitude and made everyone feel safe and well cared for! CJ Transfer Punta Cana exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating when we needed to adjust our pickup times during our trip. They made everything easy and stress-free.
The drivers were professional, friendly, punctual, and made us feel safe throughout every ride. Their customer service was outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Amazing service all around. Fantastic communication, simple secure payment method. We used CJ for airport transfers to and from the hotel and the drivers were on time and professional. Vehicles were modern and clean. My group of four was so pleased with the airport transfers that we booked a driver for two nights on the town in Punta Cana to go out for dinner and then enjoy some nightlife. Cannot recommend this transportation company enough!

Carlos was an amazing Tour guide. I highly recommend him for all your transportation needs. My family and I enjoyed his company. He was very informative and knowledgeable.we loved seeing and learning about the history of punta Cana. We had a lot of fun.. if you’re looking for someone to give you a private tour or drive around the city or to and from the airport.. I highly recommend Carlos..

We had a great experience with CJ Transfer! It took longer than expected to get through Customs coming into Punta Cana, but they were still there waiting for us (we were within the 60 minute grace period). We had been warned about aggressive driving by friends, but our driver was super chill and the ride was very pleasant. The driver also pointed out some cool landmarks/shops along the drive.
For our return back, we had a couple of changes and they were really responsive via email. The driver arrived a few minutes before our scheduled pickup time and we had a nice smooth ride back to the airport.
We would absolutely use CJ Transfer again and recommend them to any travelers.
