Well kept trails through tropical jungle with many unique and interesting trees. A few overlooks have nice views of the eastern beaches of the island. It was lovely to walk on pebbles made entirely of coral. 3 hours of hiking covers the entire trail system.

We had a wonderful experience at the coco hill forest. Jasmin was a wonderfully knowledge and friendly guide who gave us lots of great information.

Everything about this place was just wonderful! We were greeted in the most welcoming way and given a detailed and interesting history of the place. The dedication to the conservation of this stunning piece of land is remarkable and parts of the trails are very easily walkable. Definitely a must do when in Barbados! Thank you for this wonderful experience! ✨💚

Wonderful guide Jasmine provided a map with the 3 main routes. I did self guided walks though I believe guided walks are also available. Great opportunity to forest bathe and connect with nature. You'll need proper walking boots or at least trainers as some paths are very muddy. I.mot fast walkers, the 2 long walks took about 90 mins. Take plenty of fluids with you on your walk! Wonderful views of East coast. Left my godfather to read his Sunday paper on the verandah whilst I went off walking, he very much enjoyed the peace and quiet! Fabulous, highly recommended!
