We were suppose to stay at Coral Lane Beach apartment, David Bethune(receiver of the deposit amount through money gram) asked us to send half the payment of $320 US which is half of the payment for our stay to secure the room.
When we got to Barbados he said he couldn't get a receptionist to check us in. For a whole day we tried to get him to get us a room and up until 10:00 p.m he did not get us a room. We had to go and book into another place. The following day, we asked him for a refund and he refused to give us and further threatened us saying he can get dirty. We went to the police to help us with the matter. When the police tried to contact him, his cell phone which we contacted hi I'm through was turned off.

I was unable to attend my trip due to the Coronavirus however the hotel was most uncooperative. They refuse to give me a refund or a partial refund and have refused to return my calls. Furthermore hotels.com were reluctant to represent me in this matter even though I booked through them and we're very evasive when it came to returning my calls or forwarding messages. I feel this company was very misleading in their return policy as it does promise a percentage of the money paid to be returned which I have found to be untrue. Please be warned if you intend to use this apartment as your place to stay in Barbados.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful view overlooking the sea. Clean, comfortable, cozy rooms. Friendly host and hostess. Lovely setting.

To put the description of the Coral Lane Apartments in a nutshell, the owners are loving, welcoming,the location is great, the rooms allow the guest to feel like home away from home.the amenities allows the guest to make homemade meals I strongly recommend personally I would stay there anytime I visit my hometown 10 thumbs up 👍 May God bless Mr.and Mrs. Jeff WONDERFUL PEOPLE

Perfect location. Fish market across the street. The host was very accomodating and lovely to work with. It's perfect for a total decompress.
