Cornie's is the PLACE TO BE! Great breakfast & lunch at reasonable prices. Full bar, too. Try the johnnycakes with egg, cheese, & ham-Delicious! Meet Cornie while you visit...Terrific man!

My family ordered the Jonny cakes breakfast sandwiches and LOVED them. While I wasn't able to try them on my visit, we stopped by one afternoon (the Jonny cakes chef had left by then) and ordered lunch. The lunch was atrocious. Given the breakfast left such an impression on my relatives, I don't want to hold it against Cornie's, but please don't order lunch (the grilled chicken or burgers) here. Also there was no wait for the table, but it took like half an hour for the food to come out, just to be taste pretty bad and severely overcooked.

The food is excellent! Cornie and the staff are very personable and extremely friendly. Their drinks are also very reasonably priced, can’t beat a $5 frozen margarita that is heavy on the tequila! I got a shrimp and conch omelette with homemade salsa and homemade bread baked fresh on the grill that morning and they were extremely tasty!

We didn't stop to eat, but we did visit the beach for a few hours when here for a stop on our cruise. The beach is wonderful and for only $20 we rented an umbrella with 2 chairs. Wifi was included but the signal was a bit spotty when down on the beach, but nonetheless we were very happy with spending a few hours here.
