My husband and I have been searching for a front room suite. We have limited time on island to furnish our home. We’d been to Dwellings, Ashley and Walkers World. On Friday, July 10/26, we found just the right suite at Courts in Bridgetown. Yes, service was slow. I can be patient. I was impressed with the fact that even though the on-site settee and loveseat were SOLD, the sales lady Janelle, called around to other Courts stores to find an identical suite which we bought along with a 3-pc set of side tables. The excitement grew more when she confirmed delivery of everything for Saturday, July 11, 2026. My husband and I changed our schedule and remained at home to receive the chairs. It’s 7:36 pm now and we’re still waiting. What an anticlimax. What a disappointing waste of precious TIME! The delivery team soured the transaction what a shame.

We bought a brand new portable air conditioner for our son’s room. He did not feel it did the job he expected. We were told to take it the Courts service dept. so we had to pay for a taxi to get it there. We would told it worked fine and they would not refund our money when it had only been turned on a couple of times testing it. This is extremely poor customer service ! So what if we are tourists we don’t deserve to be ripped off. In other countries we could have returned machine and had our $ returned and we would have been happy to shop in Courts on our twice a year visits. This customer service leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and my family and friends will never shop in Courts again. The air conditioner sits in our son’s room unused.

Great selection of furniture. I went to a bunch of other stores before this one but ended up buying almost everything here. Great staff too and they delivered next day.
