The worse experience I've ever had. I am disgusted by the fact that an employee could still have a job with that poor customer service. I would not recommend an animal to go in there. I got the display item they claimed they don't keep boxes so I have to take it as is. All her responses sharp and nasty. Asked for at least a bag to walk to my vehicle, response no we don't have any bags you Wana carry on with the purchase. Mind you she had already run my card. I tried calling back to speak to a manager still haven't gotten through. Courts Emerald City is vile and disgusting.

Courts is one of about 3 places in the area to buy new appliances. They have options for delivery, installation and payment options. If you have the money, always pay in full. The interest will always get you. The sales people are sometimes nice and there is usually a wait for everything. You wait for help, you wait to buy and you wait to pick up. Go early in the morning to spend less time waiting.

I have always had good service from Courts Stores since 1982 - Every room in my home has furniture and appliances from Courts Stores.
I am pleased to shop at Courts! Employees are very helpful and mannerly.

I place an order on Wednesday March 5 th and was told by the sales associate that I'll get the item by 12 pm on March 6th and up to now I haven't received it , I call and was told it's not on the truck and to call back about 8 AM in the morning....
