Came for lunch. There’s a great range of menu items. Starters are big enough to share. Service is really good. Not really my kind of atmosphere though! Counter, Inside and outside seating.

We went during off season- so it was not crowded. Sat at the bar and got great service and professional quality drinks. I ordered the Mahi Tacos, which perhaps the drinks were hitting, but it did surprise me that it was fried- I was expecting blackens - either way, good. Husband had a Moroccan Spiced chicken wrap, he enjoyed it. I liked the truffle sweet potato’s fries as my side. Cool vibe inside, and great air conditioning:)

I ordered the cheeseburger and fries on a gluten free bun. The super friendly waitress (fellow Canadian) mentioned that the fries share a fryer with wheat covered items so there definitely would be cross contamination. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and very tasty and juicy. Often, GF buns disintegrate before I can finish eating a sandwich or burger. Not the case here. The fries were plentiful and delicious. The seasoning seemed to include not just salt and pepper but something a little sweet. Incredible combination. Truly one of the best burgers and fries I have had since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 10 years ago.

Another local recommendation which staying at the Westin. We took a taxi to the restaurant but walked back after dinner. It's definitely walkable if you're up for it. Came in during a World Cup game and sound was a bit loud but not too bad. The food was great as was the service. Craft cocktails were solid. Started with happy hour perk chicken egg rolls which were the best thing we ate. I had the morrocan chicken wrap and it was good, wife had the three bean salad which is more lettuce than beans. Will definitely be back.

I had the great fortune of booking my stay across the street from Craft and as soon as I dined here for the first time, I knew I had struck gold. Between the friendly staff and expert chef, you're in for a treat! Everything I had here was excellent but certain dishes were so good, I'll come back to GC just for the food, if I have to. The Scottish Salmon, Blackened Mahi Mahi, Beef Bourgignon, Salmon Eggs Benedict, and Carrot-Ginger soup were just perfection. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind and took time to check up on me even though they weren't assigned to my seating area. It was a no-brainer to just keep coming back and explore their menu (which changes often and features daily specials so that you can come back next time and discover even more great dishes). Chef Anis (who is sadly no longer with the restaurant) really went above and beyond (with many customers!) to give them a taste of something different yet elevated. He truly cares about his craft and it shows. Come dine here and you'll be so glad you did.
