A cozy hideaway gem.
Phenomenal customer service. In particular, Antoine, is very friendly and courteous. Not in a pretensive way, but he is very outgoing and adds to the cozy, comfortable feel. As a regular, I've noticed he has a great relationship with the customers, knows many by name and by order.
The pastries are always hot and the drinks are perfectly cold. There is even a little snackette where you can purchase little treats.
My favourites are the pizza and the beef patties. The pizza is a great size for the money especially when you account for the quantity of toppings you get. The minced meat is well flavoured and you get *real* ham! There are a variety of cheeses used which also enhances the taste. Their pizza leaves many of the established pizza companies in Barbados at the starting line- them just int ready yet!
The beef patties are always hot and crisp. There is a lot of meat inside as well, so you don't have to be wondering where it is. The meat is flavoured sooo nicely. I don't just mean salt and pepper; I'm talking seasoning and spices and the whole Bajan works.
I'm getting carried away now, but it is such a blessing to see a Barbadian business doing so many things right.
