My mom and I went here for my mom's birthday. It was a Wednesday night and we were lucky to hear the live singer outside and inside the restaurant. He sang Reggae tracks like Redemption Song and Three Little Birds by Bob Marley in the courtyard. Restaurant guests, including us, were signing along throughout the set. The food presentation was good. The drinks came quickly followed by the starters. And as those plates were cleared, the mains arrived. There were no long waits. The fried calamari was good and crispy. Then I had the seafood linguine pasta in the white wine sauce. If you're a lightweight, the sauce may make you tipsy a bit. My mum had the lamb shank. Only cons, she thought it was done too richly and a little on the greasy side... With my pasta I had 2 single shrimp. But I had lots of clams and mussels and a hefty amount of smoked salmon to make up for it. Just a heads up! The ambience was great. The couple next to us from Denver interacted with us, and then the added great service from Sonia took the night to 4.5. Sonia even gave my mother a birthday plate to cap off a remarkable night and start a new year.

This was BY FAR THE WORST RESTAURANT I’ve ever been to!!! Oh no, not just on the island, ever in my LIFE. The food was HORRID!!!!! Now, the atmosphere was actually pretty cool, loved being partially outside and the restaurant itself has a nice vibe. The service was not TOO bad. They were probably a little crowded compared to the staff on hand so i can give them a little grace. Tone the food itself? Some of the worst restaurant food I’ve ever tasted! I got the pollo alla piccata which was suppose to be tender chicken breast with capers, cherry tomatoes, spaghetti and white wine sauce. It tasted like they literally boiled the spaghetti noodles, dumped them in a bowl, lightly fried the chicken, dumped that in the same bowl and put all of the other ingredients inside as well and made some type of stew!!! I can’t stress how bad that dish tasted! I ordered my children a simple cheese pizza. It looked AND tasted worse than school cafeteria pizza!!! My mother in law ordered risotto and it was not much better than the rest of our ordered entrees. To add insult to injury, the prices for these dishes were just a tad on the expensive side, which would not have been a big deal if the food was ACTUALLY GOOD!!! It’s now clicking why this resort and restaurants seemed like a ghost town for most the week. Readers and future visitors, PLEASE READ THIS AND BEWARE!!! Don’t make the same mistake my family and I did!

We enjoyed dishes like mahi-mahi and shrimp for starters, along with a delightful shrimp Risotto. The flavors were delicious, and both the ambience and service were outstanding. Perhaps there could be a bit more food for the price paid. The atmosphere was excellent with a comfortable seating area.

Restaurant was very nice, service was ok, not great but ok. Food was good but kinda dated. Same food I could get 20 years ago in decent Italian restaurant. Still food tasted good but needs to be updated. They knew it was our anniversary so the gave us a special dessert at the end which was a nice touch.

The restaurant is located in the Crane Beach Hilton hotel. It is a nice place with a good atmosphere. There are enough parking spaces. However, the food did not satisfy me. I ordered penne al pesto with chicken and the taste is no better than a fast food restaurant. I think that, for being located in a high-cost hotel, it is a disappointment.
