This restaurant and bar is conveniently located on the beautiful mullet bay beach. The staff were very welcoming and hospitality was evident throughout our entire time at Da Waterhole! Food was delicious and came out quickly. Teejay, our server was pleasant, hospitable and did an excellent job overall with assistance from his colleagues. Some people on our table had beer bottles with rust from the cover. Complimentary wristbands were given after food was ordered which was nice to have access to the bathroom, wifi and showers. Overall, great experience and as usual, I will return again on my next trip!

Da Waterhole at Mullet Bay is the perfect beachside stop for cocktails, tasty food, and refreshing ice cream. While chairs and an umbrella cost $30, they are separate from the restaurant. Add on just $10 for Wi-Fi, washrooms, showers, a changing room, and food discounts. A convenient, budget-friendly option for enjoying one of St. Maarten’s most beautiful beaches.

Stopped by for drinks. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Prices are above average and $6 a beer.They have a very strange policy for using the bathrooms and wifi....you have to buy a $10 wristband after spending your money on food and drinks!! Pardon!🤯 I was put off by this nonsense and didn't order any lunch. Beautiful location in Mullet Bay Beach is the reason I give 3 stars. One of the best beaches on the Island.🍹

Wasn’t impress with the whole arrangement of how they charged every single thing. First I was blocked to use the bathroom w my child by a guard standing in front. I said I’m going to order after my child goes to the bathroom, plus we already paid $30 per beach chair & $5 for extra stool table. After denied, I went to line up to get the access device, and the lady at the cashier is hard working but it’s takes so long to wait with just 1 person doing everything.
We had to buy extra bracelet tag that you need to pay extra $10 per person which provided limited bathroom or changing room access (she kinda said 4 times, wasn’t sure), and shower access (which is only limited to 1 min per use and you have to scan the QR code on your bracelet everytime you want more water). It’s so ridiculous.
We order juices, drinks and food. Well that took 30 min even we kept waiting at the bar.
Zero service on the beach. And they kick you out right at 5pm on the dot.
Sorry, the food wasn’t good and service was bad. Bar tender have attitude. Only the cashier was very nice which is why I gave one extra star.

I only used the bar to get a few drinks. It was a nice environment and it was not busy so didn’t have to wait long to get served. They have offers where you buy a wristband and get 10% off plus access to their restroom and bathroom to wash off the salt water before you leave the beach. I believe you get the same service if you have a running tab at the bar. They do not provide beach chair and umbrellas as it is a different company that’s in charge of them.
