I was quite amazed by the quality, texture and taste of the ice cream and the sorbet. Delice La Creme is now one of my businesses to enjoy having ice cream treats and now with the three flavours of waffle cones, i will be going back often.

I totally love the Delice La Creme ice cream it's delicious if you haven't tasted as yet please do you wouldn't be disappointed she has many flavors.

Everyone loves icecream but not everyone can eat it. For that reason alone you must try the Delice La Creme Sorbet.
What is Sorbet?
One of the first frozen treats ever developed were ices (or sorbets), which essentially are a mixture of smooth ice, sugar, flavoring and other refreshing ingredients like fruit purees. A sorbet does not contain any dairy products and is more acidic, which results in tart flavors.
Why eat sorbet?
I always knew that milk and I did not add up but it was only very recently I found out why.
Milk interferes with the body’s ability to absorb iron from food and supplements. My body struggles to absorb iron and even if I get enough … TOM ensures I deplete. This deficiency led me to becoming an ice eater. A habit I’m forced to quit after breaking a tooth.
