Unfortunately, our experience here was not very pleasant at all. We had a visit here quite some time ago and sadly they weren't able to deliver for us. This is to hoping they can improve on their service offering and learn from the experience. We arrived early one Monday morning with issues on a laptop (as soon as they open). Took it here and explained that it's an emergency and we'd like to have the machine looked at as quickly as possible. There was an assessment fee for this which was no problem. Just before paying the fee, we asked what the fee entailed. We were told that it's labour for assessment of the laptop and the deliverables are a verbal report of any issues, along with a detailed written report that would come soft copy. What they did well is that after waiting for some time, there was a very basic verbal description of what was happening with the machine. This came from a technician and was on the spot. From here, it went downhill. We asked if they knew how to fix the issue, have the expertise to fix the issue and can get the repair done. They assured us yes, they have the parts, they have the people, they can get it done and you'll have the machine back in 3 business days the soonest, and 5 business days the latest. Being without a business computer for that long would have been difficult, so we offered a rush fee to have the repair done on the spot. They accepted the machine, accepted the job and said we should hear from them tomorrow but worst case scenario is 3 - 5 business days. The next day, there was no call. The next day after, no call either. The day after, the same thing, no call. It was an emergency, but we decided to give them some time to work. At the end of day 5, still no call. We called the next business day after a weekend. We were told, they're still working on it but they're waiting for extra parts. They will call in 2 business days or when it's ready, whichever is first. 2 extra business days passed, but no call. Called them, was told again they're waiting on more parts. Calling them to check on the machine and hearing it's not ready went on for quite some time, and up to day 20, there was still no computer, no repair. The frustrating thing, was that there was no written report about the issue either. We asked to have the written report each time we spoke with them and we were told several times, it was coming. That report to this day never came! The short version is; there was no report, no computer repair and the repair had to be abandoned because of the lack of any communication with no effort to expedite the repair. It was 35+ days they had the machine. The long version is; the machine was later taken to an international Apple dealer in a different country, where the report would have sped up the repair. There was NO REPORT!! The Apple dealer tried to pull details for the serial number in the Apple system to see if the report was logged there, only to find that there was nothing. DTech did not consult Apple's library to begin a repair. This is something which can be logged from anywhere in the world and it's the first rule of Apple computers. It's the most basic thing. DTech did not do that. If DTech did not have the expertise or parts to repair the machine, they should not have accepted the job! We would have appreciated it more If they said they couldn't help us or that the repair would take MORE THAN A MONTH!!! It was clearly explained several times as an emergency. They also should not have said that they have the parts. We understand that unexpected things happen during a repair, but the non communication on their part was very poor! In hindsight, it would have been better to replace the machine. Data on that machine was important, some of it was backed up but some was not (will learn from this). DTech did ask about this, so at least that is a positive. Hopefully they can improve their service offering in future, but for this experience, dealing with them became frustrating and unpleasant. They didn't deliver on the promise!

Professional service, highly recommended. Took in my Switch screen to be repaired. The system notified me it was ready for pickup the next day. Quick and communicative, 11/10

My IPad crashed and I needed a new one. To make matters worse my IPhone got knocked out of my hand and so went the screen. The technicians reassured me the phone screen would be replaced in time and showed me iPads tailored to my needs and spend. Screen was replaced in 24hrs and I got a new IPad. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!
