This DHL location operates from the shared premises of Montserrat Shipping & Business Services Ltd. They take no responsibility for your goods being booked for dispatch unless you make a special request and speak with them directly. Their phone does not work properly, and they claim there is a problem with your mobile phone despite being notified 3 to 4 times. Furthermore, their charges are very high, and they do not offer pick-up or drop-off services. The person handling DHL goods seems to think he is a god and never bothers to complete a conversation. Also the timings mentioned are from 8am to 4 pm and they open the office 9 am and the DHL person gets missing at 3:30 pm itself.
