The delivery drivers don't even bother to come or call you to deliver the package. You have to go to their offices yourself to pick up what should have been delivered (and we pay delivery fees, remember).
What a huge saving of time and money for the drivers; the company must be very profitable...

Terrible service! Appalling customer service! They don't track customer packages, don't know who receives your package, or which driver delivers it. They couldn't care less about you on the phone and take absolutely no responsibility! I strongly advise against using them; they twist the situation around as if you're the problem and don't even try to help. They lose the package and leave you to fend for yourself without giving you any information because apparently they have none! A truly unprofessional delivery service! Several people have had their packages never delivered or have mysteriously disappeared... I'll let you draw your own conclusions... package theft is very profitable for them and, of course, protects their drivers who are obviously breaking the law! Avoid them at all costs!!!
