Digicel's service is incredible. If you need a SIM card or a monthly top-up. Digicel is the best choice for service and phones.

I lost my Digi Internet service on the morning of Wednesday, 27th Nov 2024 .. it was reported on said morning. Today, Friday, 29th Nov 2024, still no service; but as a customer i'm supposed to readily accept and be satisfied when i'm told that service personnel are scheduled to visit on Monday, 2nd Dec 2024 .. six (6) days post my lost of internet. This is the level, and type, of service to which customers are being subjected. I cannot service my customers working from home so they, and I, suffer together; school work which requiries internet service re: research etc cannot be done. Scant regard for customers, and customer loyalty, because the consumer has no reliable competitor to run to. Shame on Digicel for their poor service.

This review is about their kiosk at the BGI airport. First, they take only credit card for a prepaid SIM card. Second, they outright scam you into thinking you get text/call to all countries for $80 BBD, but then after the purchase they tell you that you have to pay $20 extra to activate that service. Third, the SIM card purchase with a credit card is by default activated to renew every 10 days. Can you imagine an international visitor going bank only to find out in their monthly bill that they are being charged BBD $80 every ten days?? Fourth, DIGICEL has NO chat call or text for customer support. Do good luck trying to call someone to cancel. We had to download their app, give all our info to create an account and only then we were able to stop the auto renew. What a scam. Shameful on DIGICEL’s behalf, especially that the people in Barbados are so nice!

Excellent service on Monday morning at Dome Mall branch. I was promptly greeted on approaching the counter and acknowledged to conduct business thereafter. I don't remember her name but my customer service officer was thorough, patient and pleasant. Keep it up. I felt valued.
