Oh my goodness they are so moody in this place. Don't approach them with your Digicel network problems because they won't help you. Actually they won't even want to hear what the problem is. Maybe I've just found the wrong staff because the other lady seemed to be much nicer and inclined to to her job properly..

I came to this branch to enquire of a late fee stated on my last receipt when it has been paid on time. Can't pay it a day or two early, cause they send you a bill for less than a month for the same charges. So I pay on the exact day and notify them that I did. The two female representatives there, go tell me that it doesn't matter that I paid it on time, if they don't receive notification that it has been paid charges would be added. And that i should've done so at any of their branches instead of the post office. Despite showing them the receipts as proof, the emails to the date, the calls never answered and the enquiry website that don't even work. I never had an issue paying elsewhere. What's different now? This company makes too much money to be deceiving me of late fees. It better not be on my next bill.
